i've terrible case of ingrown hair on my leg. it's very unsightly but i don't have the money to remove it in a clinic. is it okay to get a tattoo over it?

If you get a tatoo over it, even if it never gets infected, it's still going to be an unsightly lump, but now it will have a picture of something on it - to draw even more attention. Go get the ingrown hair treated. Use a credit card if you have to. Do something, but if you can afford a tatoo you can afford a minor medical procedure.
