Herpes, Ingrown hair, genital warts?
Genital herpes symptoms can vary greatly from person to person. Symptoms can include:
+ Flulike symptoms, such as fever, headache, and muscle aches. These symptoms usually get better within a week.
+ Tingling, burning, itching, and redness at the site where an outbreak is about to occur (prodrome).
+ Painful, itchy blisters on the penis, on the vulva, or inside the vagina. Blisters may also appear on the anus, buttocks, thighs, or scrotum, either alone or in clusters. They may be barely noticeable or as large as a coin.
+ Blisters that break and become shallow, painful, oozing sores.
+ Swollen and tender lymph nodes in the groin.
+ Painful urination.
Genital warts can be different sizes and shapes.
+ They may be large, or they may be too small to be seen with the naked eye. They may appear individually or in groups.
+ Warts may look like tiny bunches of cauliflower or like flat, white areas that are very difficult to see.
+ In women and men, warts may appear in the groin, on and around the genitals, in the urethra, or in the rectum or anus.
Ingrown hair is a condition where the hair curls back or grows sideways into the skin. It may or may not be accompanied by an infection of the hair follicle or "razor bumps". While ingrown hair most commonly appears in areas where the skin is shaved (beard, legs), it can appear anywhere.
If you are REALLY concerned then get tested! A doctor can determine if you have herpes, HPV, or both!

If it's painful then it's a boil which isn't caused by unprotected sex but an ingrown hair.

Plenty of good advice here.
That could possibly be HPV. See first if you have warts on your genital area. HPV-infected individuals usually acquire genital warts. They are grayish or flesh-colored cauliflower-like bumps. In my case, they only appeared as flat yet grayish ones. Try using products such as Oxyfend if you have the bumps. This will remove the genital warts from your skin in two days. Try to discreetly visit your doctor, too.
