what are some good suggestions to as stopping itching while letting pubic hair regrow after it has been shaved. I shaved, but i want to let it grow back... is there any way to prevent itching, and reduce risk of ingrown hairs? Also, is there anything else i should be concerned about?

I dont anything can prevent ingrown hairs, but as the hair grows, look at the area and have tweezers handy to lift out the hair that is beginning to ingrow, it gets rid of the red spot appearence and takes the hair out. For itching try a baby nappy rash cream, reduses the redness and takes the itching away.

Tough question use this my friend told me about it and now i don't go without it :) and the bottle lasts a while you can use it when you do shave or when you don't and you can use it on any hair that is irritated. Shaving down there also leaves you open to std's, for instance genital warts are spread by skin contact, not bodily fluids. The best thing to do is just trim the area, dont shave...other than that there are alot of factors that go into ingrowns, the way you shave, type of razor used, type of shave gel/cream...its a trial and error thing, be ready for itching and ingrowns until you figure your best comination out.
