Any good treatments or creams I can use? It's red, has a big bump, but it doesn't look like it's going to come up any time soon. It's very warm to the touch. Any suggetions?

Tend skin. Or keep exfoliating it in the shower, it will hopefully come to a head. If it is not tender. Don't pick at it, if you do make sure you sanitize it. Even with peroxide if need be.

This is not really a good idea but if it bothered me enough I would pick it out with a needle.
