i had a really bad ingrown hair that turned into a large irritated pimple (sexy...i know) it was pissing me off and i kept messing with it and it got inflamed gross so i started using neosaporin. it took most of the swelling down, but now it kind of seems like a small keloid. it looks like scar tissue and i think the ingrown hair may even still be underneath. lol. sorry if this is gross. will this leave a perminient scar? does that medrma stuff really work? what should i do! please...help me get rid of this little beast!

i've heard that if you lay a hot wet rag over the inflamed area a few times a day the hair will eventually work it's way out.

yeah use vitamin E or mederma. it brings your natural skin color back to normal. you'll be fine just dont mess with it keep it clean,
