Use a good quality shaving cream. Wash the area with hot water first, then massage a good amount on the area where you want to shave with the shaving cream, let it sit for about a minute so that it will make the hair "tender," shave with the direction that the hair grows first, then shave against the hair growth. When done, wash off with cold water. Then apply aloe vera.

Use a product like Tend Skin. http://www.tendskin.com/

Change your razor blade frequently (after 3-5 shaves) %26amp; use a good shaving gel. (Neutrogena for Men)

Use an astringent on your face twice a day and apply it using a cotton ball. You can buy a huge bottle at target or walmart for around $3.00. It will sting but it cleans the pores of any dirt/oil that clogs them and causes ingrown hairs. A good brand to use is Sea Breeze.

Instead of shaving cream use lotion or babyoil. It really does work That's what I use to shave my man.
