Herpes Bump or ingrown hair?

i have genital herpes and i have had it almost 2 years with no outbreak but tonight i noticed one bump with a white head so i busted it the white head which was solid pretty much came out and then it bled. nome im wondering if its a very mild herpes outbreak or just an ingrown hair. also ishown no other signs of an outbreak
