I got some cream for the dryness but how do I get of it as I carnt see and theres too much hair down there to see it %26amp; some have scabbed, will they go away by them selves as I carnt sit down comfortabley or walk with out feeling it, I dont want to shave incase I iritate it more, also can I have sex with my partner (I also have cystitus but we use condoms) with and ingrown hair as it's quite a painful one it hurts when I sit down and catches when I walk???
Ive been to the doctor and she said it was fine to remove myself x

You need to exfoliate the skin to avoid getting ingrown hairs in the first place. It is sensitive down there, so use exfoliation products that are specifically for this area, or otherwise facial ones, and avoid getting them 'inside' anywhere.
If you exfoliate now, that should help bring the problem hair nearer the surface. Then I would suggest trying to get it with some tweezers. Try using a mirror to do it yourself, or get your partner to do it for you. They tend not to go away by themselves.

remove most of the hair and work your way down. then remove with with the depilatory cream. Ask your doctor how to prevent ingrown hairs.
