Best ingrown hair solutions?

Does anyone know a really good ingrown hair solution that actually works? Or some routine that would get rid of them?!

Best ingrown hair solutions?

start off with a dry exfoliation. on dry skin rub in a circular motion with a stiff washcloth or a loofah or a hard scrubby.then get the area wet and clean:

use a clean , new razor and shave in the same direction as the hairgrowth. it won't be as smooth as shaving in the opposite direction , but you won't get NEARLY as many in- growns. and you might have to shave more often.

also using talc powder on the area helps.

if you would like, i can explain WHY these tips help, but it's a lot of typing and a lot of reading. it has to do with the way the hair grows after being shaved off in certain directions.

One based on carotene.

Somebody I know SWEARS on pickle brine. Just soak the area in it and once it is feeling pliable- tweeze till you can't tweeze no more.

Once I get them I just pull them out with a pair of tweezers.

To prevent them, I put moisturized on the area after I shave and they apply baby powder. That works pretty good.

Best thing is to exfoliate!
